JOB DESCRIPTION *
TS/SCI Clearance Required
The Systems Operations Analyst shall directly support the government on program documentation management, and weapon system requirements. Supports the Test Engineer Lead and Interface Control Lead. Collaborates with the Long-Range Stand-Off Missile SPO, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories and NNSA to obtain operations information required by the Leads. Operations Analyst requires the ability to understand, apply and ensure compliance with DoDI 5000.02 Series and the Joint DoD/DoE Phase 6.X processes. Responsible for using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of the program and implementing study methods to evaluate efficiency of complex operations. Assists with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented. Subject matter expertise in DoD, Air Force and NIST Risk Management Framework guidance and application and Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) compliance preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- An active DoD Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) years of experience in DoDI 5000.02 acquisition of a major weapon system program and/or nuclear weapon development
- Three (3) years of experience in Joint DoD/DoE Phase 6.X processes
- Nuclear systems maintenance and logistics experience preferred
- Knowledge of industry best practices (CMMI, ITIL, PMI) preferred
