Picture Yourself at Pega:
The Resource Management team manages the planning and placement of the consulting team to maximize utilization of resources and achieve business goals. This includes the recruiting and onboarding of new consultants and skill management of consulting team.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Manage the Resource Assignment process for a group of Consulting Solution Executives (CSEs)
- Maintain and build relationships with Consulting Sales and Delivery to understand Resource Management needs
- Understand resource skills and service offerings to appropriately place onto projects
- Lead weekly Resource Management call with CSEs to discuss open and upcoming project needs
- Support Resource Management team in ensuring that Resource Management decisions will meet revenue goals
Create and maintain reporting on Resource Management aspects:
- Manage fulfillment and reporting for Resource Management transactions using the team's Professional Services Automation tool - Projector.
- Responsible for data quality in Projector application.
- Extension reporting management.
- Manage reporting improvements for Resource Management team by collaborating with internal operations.
Edit Consultant Pega resumes for client readiness.
- Coordinate internal and global resource lends
- Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations
- Support new hires during enablement period
Who You Are:
The ideal person has previous Resource Management (RMCP) experience using Professional Services Automation software. They should have impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills, advanced excel skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, always changing environment with little supervision.
- BA/ BS Degree
- 4-6 years' experience in a resource management, staffing/recruiting, operations or HR role
- Pega CPBA Certification (within 6 months of joining Pega)
What You've Accomplished:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Resource Management for a Services or Consulting IT organization
- Certified Resource Management Certified Profession (RMCP) from RMI preferred
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, always changing environment
- Ability to work on your own with little supervision
