This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work with our CEO, Sales and Marketing Leadership, Sales executives and Practice Leadership to land and expand our client business and channel relations. 

Specific responsibilities include: 

• The Senior Marketing Specialist will work as part of the marketing team to build the Peloton brand and drive awareness across North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific.  
• The primary area of focus is corporate marketing:
• Brand management
• Website content and design
• Social Media – design content development and publishing
• Corporate and Sales Overview PPT Decks: Create, Edit & Maintain
• Articles, awards and recognitions
• Additional responsibilities will include:
• Creative Asset Development & Content Creation: Partnering with sales, practice, and industry leads to develop the images and content
• Conferences & Regional Events: Support planning and execution
• Special projects as needed  

Required Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Marketing or Communications
• 3 to 5 years prior Marketing experience in fast paced environment preferably in a consulting organization or software company with a focus on Oracle technology.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and InDesign
• Experience in video editing
• Good writing and copy-editing skills
• Creative image and asset development
• Website & Social Media management
• Ability to multi-task and keep pace with fast working environment
• Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented
• Eager to learn new skills and technologies
• Dynamic individual who easily connects and collaborates with the broader organization 

Additional Desired Skills: 

• Hands-on experience with leading CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably with Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua
• Knowledge and experience with WordPress
• Experience working with 3^rd party marketing partners and agencies
• Oracle Cloud knowledge
