ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking an Analyst for its Service & Repair team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of achieving the team’s goal of perfect customer satisfaction across service touchpoints. In this role, the successful candidate will interface with our various 3PLy service providers to ensure our members have a seamless service experience from start to finish. Expectations are that the candidate will play a key role in issue diagnosis and resolution, analysis and compilation of post-service customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) results as well as driving continuous improvement across our various service providers and sustained process improvements working in tandem with our cross-functional partners within the organization.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Full responsibility for analysis on 3PL service provider’s performance and consistency to SLAs, including tracking penalties and credits associated with service
- Serves as POC for service providers
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improving our overall repair process
- Improve multi-functional communication with our 3PLs to support our continued business growth
- Assist in data analysis projects and initiatives support our overall network growth strategy
- Develop relationships with, and ensure the appropriate participation of key stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to create detailed project plans
- Occasionally travel to provider sites to ensure compliance with our SLAs
- Provide weekly recap to leaders to keep them updated on projects, requests and prioritization planning
- Responsible for supporting SOP requests and reviews
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field
- 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, E-commerce or service experience preferred
- Additional Supply Chain certification/Degree an asset
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis always on superior customer satisfaction
- Willingness to travel (Up to 25%)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel required
- Excellent computing skills (excel, email, MS office, Google Suite, and internal, proprietary systems)
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving attitude
- Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple tasks, shifting priorities and rapid changes.
- Self-motivated, ability to progress between working autonomously and collaboratively
- Good communication skills (oral, written, and numerical)
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail and extremely well organized
