What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDLA Driver position at Penmac Staffing?
Penmac Staffing is seeking a Class A Driver to make local hauls in Springfield, MO, and the surrounding area for a local steel company. M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm $17hr with $10 per stop.
Duties: Class A CDL with tractor trailer and hot shot load experience. We require all drivers to do a checklist with the loader to ensure that no product was missed when loading. Driver is also responsible for strapping down all loads. Forklift experience in the event of needing to load own truck. This is a temporary driver, however, could be a temp to hire.
Requirements: One-year recent CDLA driving experience. Clean MVR & background, high school diploma or GED, good work history, forklift experience and able to strap loads down.
