Penmac Staffing is seeking a candidate for a Collections positions with a business partner in West Plains!
Position is an in office position working Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
Job duties include but not limited to: * Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies (often designed by employee) to locate right parties in order to negotiate payment arrangements.

Job duties include but not limited to: * Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies (often designed by employee) to locate right parties in order to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment terms and methods when right party is reached. The process often requires reviewing the account information in database, and/or asking probing questions of the consumer in order to better understand potential objections to payment.
- Overcome stalls and objections & suggest money sources for debt payment.
- Utilize payment options including credit card and direct check and secure the information for processing.
- Execute verbal skjptracing procedures when non-right party is reached. This includes asking for home address, home telephone number, and place of employment,
- Utilize the scripted opening when the right party is reached. This includes identifying the consumer, yourself and our company and asking for payment in full.
- Update the customer record with new information and record the call result including any relevant notes about the call.
- Enter new accounts into the Debtmaster program as received and assigned.
- Correspond with consumers, clients, attorneys, and forwarding agents as needed.
