SUMMARY:
Responsible for the accurate movement of parts in and out of the storeroom and the accurate recording of the movement to the manufacturing system.

Responsible for the accurate movement of parts in and out of the storeroom and the accurate recording of the movement to the manufacturing system.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Work in a safe manner to prevent injury to self or others.
- Handle and store parts in manner to prevent damage.
- Prepare fabricated parts requiring plating for shipping, create shipping papers, and ship to vendor.
- Verify condition, description and quantity of incoming shipments against packing slip.
- Notify buyers of any discrepancies between actual shipment received and packing slip and/or Purchase Order.
- Receive and identify purchased parts, operations, and supplies and move to dock location, inspection, paint, special handling, or requisitioner.
- Move parts from receiving and fabrication dock locations to part sales racks, assembly job racks, and stores.
- Cycle count parts.
- Perform bin audits.
- Accurately record the movement, shipment, and adjustments of parts to the manufacturing system in accordance with established procedures.
- File and process paperwork in accordance with the established procedures.
- Work overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated timely execution of actions and/or project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 1-50 lbs. on a frequent basis
