WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Greet and verbally acknowledge each guest promptly.
- Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to banquet and casino guests in accordance with venue and / or promotion / event standards.
- Ensure each station is ready for guests' arrival in accordance with Banquet Event Order.
- Knowledge of all event specification and details in accordance with Banquet Event Order.
- Complete knowledge of all menu items and how each item is prepared.
- Monitor guests' needs on a continual basis and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled.
- General knowledge of operations at HCPN in order to answer guest inquiries regarding racing, slots, wagering, etc.
- Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards.
- Restock assigned station at end of shift and have ready for start of next shift.
- Ensure all necessary pre-shift / post-shift side work is completed daily.
- Attendance at any pre-shift meetings.
- Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Responsible for maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record.

- High School Diploma / GED;
- 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Ability to operate POS Systems.
