WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
- Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards
- Acquire new members and assure repeat business
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Takes reservations
- Promote and work events as needed
- Contact Hosts when needed
- Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club
- Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms
- Comply with all health and safety standards
- Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Other job-related duties as assigned

- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience
