WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Assists guests with locating assigned seating within the venue.
- Assists guest in locating ticket areas; maintains and follows up on event ticket passes and assigned areas; keeps aisles and walkways clear.
- Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and / or transactions in a timely manner.
- Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of customer service.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required.
- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off as needed.
