Handmaker a local non-profit nursing facility is currently looking for a maintenance supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our maintenance department. Applicant must have knowledge of federal and state regulations for long-term care and assisted living facilities.

Must have experience with the following: a wide variety of maintenance and mechanical work including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, physical structure maintenance, appliance and equipment repair.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Must possess strong communications and teamwork skills
- Must be able to obtain a valid fingerprint card upon hire
