AS THE DIRECTOR, SURGICAL SERVICES you will, report to the Chief Nursing Officer. This position is responsible for managing daily operations, budget, staffing/personnel, strategic initiatives, and quality outcomes. This position acts as a liaison working with other hospital personnel, system leaders, and medical professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required. Masters in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration required within three years of hire
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Two years OR Nursing experience
- Speciality Certification preferred
- Management experience in an inpatient/surgical setting
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) and ACLS Certification
- Certification as ARON or CASC at time of hire or within one year
