THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH LPN SUPPORTS THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEE HEALTH NURSE IN THE OPERATION OF EMPLOYEE HEALTH FUNCTIONS WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO DATA MAINTENANCE, HEALTH QUEST, WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACTIVITIES AND DRUG SCREENING.
Other information:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
- Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield preferred
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
- Two years of office experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred
