About the Role & Team

On the Marketing team at Penn Interactive, our mission is to develop high-quality and sustainable data-driven marketing strategies to improve retention, growth, and user adoption. As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing your primary objective will be to work with key Marketing stakeholders and the Product team to develop a robust product marketing strategy. Your goal will be to maximize customer experience and player retention through the delivery of marketing features. The ideal candidate has strong communications skills, high attention to detail, exhaustive knowledge of online gaming promotions, and a passion for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Work

  • Responsible for establishing the product marketing priority roadmap and effectively communicating prioritization to product stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Penn Interactive’s online gaming apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan.
  • Identify and execute the go-to-market strategy and achieve alignment across the organization.
  • Organize competitive research on marketing programs, product capabilities, and industry landscape to inform the development of new product features.
  • Drive app store optimization strategies working cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders such as growth marketing & design, release management, and engineering team.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, content, and commercial teams to execute and optimize SEO.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product to deliver tracking, tagging, and measurement solutions across desktop, mobile web and app properties.
  • Work closely with the product and analytics teams to analyze player behavior, identify opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns to increase player engagement and retention.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of product marketing strategies and provide thorough analysis pre and post product marketing implementation.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years in a product marketing role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proven ability and passion to transform technical content into engaging, customer-facing content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks constantly.
  • Innovative thinker to develop unique and compelling marketing features.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about North American online betting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
