Penn Medicine is excited to announce our newest partnership, with the integration of Horizon Healthcare with Penn Home Infusion / Penn Medicine at Home. Continuing our dedication to strategic expansions across the region, this collaboration will help us reach more patients and provide more therapies to patients in their homes. SUMMARY:

Due to our expansion, we are currently hiring full and part-time Home Infusion RNs across the following counties: Lancaster, York, Lebanon, and Dauphin. This is a great opportunity for an RN to truly become a partner in patient care and work at the top of their license, while impacting their community.

We are now offering 2 tracks for RN employment. This position may be filled at the Clinical Nurse - NCL or Clinical Nurse II track, depending on degree level and years of experience.

Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse-NCL track:

· Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing

· 3 years of relevant professional nursing experience

· Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure

· BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association

· Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse 2 track:

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing

· 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience

· Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure

· BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association

· Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
