**Remote Position**

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible to manage the daily operations within the Professional Coding and Quality Specialist team within Revenue Integrity. Promotes a high-performing revenue cycle team by optimizing business practices and results. Ensures collaboration with other business units and works closely with many stakeholders across the health system. Supervises the team and serve as the go to resource for questions and guidance. Develops productivity goals and standards, manages day to day employee concerns (payroll, staffing, hiring, coaching, training, etc.), and develops system wide revenue integrity education documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor’s degree in a job related field

Three (3) years job related experience or seven (7) years job related experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC, CPC-A, CCS-P) preferred
