Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Outpatient Clinic.
Job duties would include:
- Answering the phones
- Working at our check-in window
- Verifying information
- Collecting payment
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning and processing forms
- Auditing intake packets
- Assisting in the office where needed
Strong organization and communication skills are needed.
