Roles & Responsibilities

A QC inspector should have all the capabilities to visual examine and dimensionally measure the parts to conforms the specified requirement. Additionally, a QC inspector should have demonstrated capabilities in understand drawings and plan inspections, in setting up inspection, including preparation and setup of related equipment, as appropriate .

For this position, day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
  • Receiving inspection
  • Material verification
  • Visual inspection
  • Marking verification
  • Process verification
  • Document verification
  • Positive Material Identification
  • Assist testing process
    • Assist Final Inspector

Desired Requirements

  • Fluent in English, able to speak, read, and write
    • Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Minimum Requirements


  • One year minimum of satisfactory performance as a QC Inspector in a machine shop.
  • High school graduation plus 1 years of related experience in equivalent inspection or testing activities.
  • Experience in using Calipers, Micrometers, Depth Gauges and measuring devices in order to measure final machined products to ensure all products are to specification / design.
    • Ability to read and understand design drawing and / or specification sheets for machined products.
