Server/Waiter

$9 per hour base rate with tips. You keep all your tips, we do not tip share here or split with house.

Shift needed is 11:30am-4:30pm Tuesdays and 3:30pm-7:30pm Fridays

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus and provide detailed information about specials and menu items

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests

- Enter orders into the POS system accurately

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest

- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills

- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
