Diverse Leadership in Motorsports Program

Penske Entertainment’s Diverse Leadership in Motorsports Program is dedicated to providing unique and enriching opportunities to students of diverse backgrounds who hope to secure full-time employment in the sports and entertainment industries after graduation.

Program participants will spend two months working and learning as members of their respective departments to receive valuable hands-on experience within those fields.

They will develop both their personal and professional skills by forming meaningful relationships with experienced professionals, working collaboratively with their cohort of peers, and expanding their knowledge of the Indianapolis community while serving as ambassadors of Penske Entertainment.

Successful candidates will have a background and/or interest in one of the following departmental areas:
  • Partnerships/Sales (IMS/INDYCAR)
  • Facilities (IMS)
  • Engineering (INDYCAR)
  • Marketing/Communications (INDYCAR)
  • Diversity/Legal (IMS/INDYCAR)

To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be currently enrolled, undergraduate college students
  • Have open availability for the entirety of the program (June 13 – Aug. 5)
  • Be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred candidates will:
  • Have prior background knowledge or targeted education within the departmental area to which they applied
  • Have a desire to live and/or work in Indianapolis

Duration:
Monday, June 13 – Friday, August 5 (Eight Weeks)
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday *With occasional opportunities to take part in optional weekend events*
