Lead Scheduling Coordinator (**Job Number:** 2303962 )
Position Summary:
The Lead Scheduling Coordinator will serve as the customer’s primary contact with respect to fleet repair needs, have oversight of preventive maintenance compliance for the fleet, monitor and delegate work for the Scheduling Coordinators, and perform first level escalations for the team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Monitor and delegate tasks to associates including providing first level coaching on the process.
- Perform Quality Monitoring assessment for team members
- First level of escalation for repair orders
- Training and mentorship of new hires and current associates.
- Overflow support for all customer contacts and PM scheduling
- Other projects as assigned by the supervisor
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 plus years of customer service experience required
- Contact Center experience preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge or technical school attendance preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Ability to multitask / prioritize work in a face paced call center environment required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
