KBI - QMC Technician

Join us as aQMC (Quality Maintenance) Technicianout of our Medina, OH facility. You will build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support, as well as communicate with local office and QMC department on service and scheduling.

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

More details about the opportunity:

• Follow all customer designated protocols for completion of QMC call
• Complete the QMC audit with a passing score on each store visit
• Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.
• Complete all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related comments and transmit work to customer portals daily
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state issued driver's license
• Obtain and maintain QMC certification upon successful completion of 90-day QMC training program
• Ability to travel and work overnights when necessary

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 75lbs.
