In-Home Installer Team Members are expected to utilize our best-in-class techniques along with professional industry skill sets. The In-Home Installer should possess 5 years experience in Plumbing or Water Filtration Installation background necessary along with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of the In-Home Installer:
- Attitude-Impeccable work ethic and winning mindset, committed to executing to Pelican’s best-in-class installation standards every time.
- Industry Knowledge-Plumbing, Mechanical, Construction or Mechanical experience.
- Communications Skills- Develop strong relationships with Customers, Field Team and corporate organization.
- Listening Skills- Ability to actively listen to others and provide positive solutions to handle objectives.
- Product Knowledge-Expert on our products to prepare for installation, repair or replace.
- Flexibility-Ability to adjust to the needs of the business and our customer’s schedule.
- Tech Savvy- Comfortable and confident using electronic devices used for communication.
- Responsible-Ownership for the care and maintenance of Company provided vehicle, cell phone and product.
Essential Physical Requirements of the In-Home Installer:
- Read, analyze and interpret written information, along with photographs for installation direction.
- Effectively present product usage to customer at time of installation.
- Utilize our technology platform proficiently to communicate with colleagues and customers.
- Physically deliver water systems that can weight up to 130lbs.
