Description :
The successful candidate will serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) along with an additional PIC qualified pilot serving as Second-In-Command (SIC) of a Lear 45XR in a 14 CFR Part 91 business aviation environment.
The PIC is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers while executing timely operation of the aircraft. The PIC works together with the SIC to ensure that all flight and ground operations comply with FAA Regulations.
They support and promote a cohesive team environment on the flight deck and work together to make decisions regarding possible delays, rerouting or flight cancellations.
Pilots may perform other general department duties when not flying including, but not limited to attendance at crew meetings, cabin re-stocking, etc.
Hiring preference will be given to those who can demonstrate high attention to detail, a courteous professional demeanor, and impeccable customer service.
This position is based at Willow Run Airport (KYIP). The individual selected for this position must live within two hours of the airport .
As a pilot for Pentastar Aviation in this role, crew members can expect to fly approximately 275 hours per year with 125 days of annual travel.

Qualifications
FAA ATP Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating
FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Minimum of 3000 hours of Total Flight Time
Valid US Passport
Prior experience in a multi-crew environment
Ability to accommodate a varied and changing work schedule
Prior Lear 40 series experience preferred
FSI or CAE-trained Lear 45 current and qualified applicants will be highly favored
