Peonies To Paint Chips is an award winning event design center located in Whitehouse Station, NJ. Our company strives to provide each and every one of our clients with a seamless and marvelous experience. To achieve this, we must maintain a work atmosphere consisting of professionalism, agility, exceptional communication skills, and remarkable time management.

Peonies to Paint Chips work hand in hand with our sister company, The Loft NJ. The Loft NJ is a newer event and wedding venue located in Whitehouse Station. This position requires you to be flexable with delegating current and new clients for both companies. Fortunatly the office is at the same location.

Responsibilities:
- Manage guest services, including registration, check-in, and providing information or assistance during the event.
- Maintain organized event files and documentation, including budgets, contracts, contact lists, and payments.

- Assist in maintaining a clean office space enviornment.

- Assist in keeping track of venue inventory.

- Answer emails and phone calls in a professional and timley matter.

- Assist in keeping all owners to a strict timeline of meetings with clients, venue tours, walkthroughs .Etc.

- Filing new leads.

- Filing emails and voicemails in an organized matter.

- Reaching out to clients about specific information regarding their event.

-Possibly managing and executing events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners ETC.

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional guest services skills to provide a positive experience for attendees.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Budgeting skills to manage event expenses within allocated funds.
- Knowledge of contract management to review and negotiate agreements with vendors
- Familiarity with event operations is a plus.

-Excellent communication and organization skills as well as admirable multitasking skills.

-Experiance in all Google programs.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
