As a Revenue Operations Manager at PDL, you will be instrumental in driving and optimizing our revenue operations processes. This role involves developing sales forecasts, managing our Salesforce instance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. You will analyze data to identify trends and support revenue planning. Based out of anywhere, the ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and project management skills, and thrives in a startup environment. The Opportunity

- Work closely with the revenue leaders and executive team to manage all of the systems and processes that generate revenue
- Help enable pipeline generation, drive deal velocity, and develop the sales engine as we begin to scale
- Manage systems that support the deal lifecycle from initial outreach through Closed Won and continued expansion
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize revenue operations processes and strategies
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, revenue reports, and comp plans
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tool stack, including managing and negotiating renewals
- Support revenue planning and budgeting
- Champion the adoption and optimization of systems and tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations or related roles
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Excellent project management skills
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes in a startup environment
- Experience supporting the full revenue funnel, including Customer Success and Marketing
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Skills / Nice To Haves
- Experience in a SaaS or data-focused company
- Experience implementing a CPQ within a complex Salesforce environment
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and financial modeling
