Hanover Hall is seeking Social Services Coordinator to join our skilled nursing home in Hanover, PA .
The Social Services Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communication between the residents and the Facility’s Care Team, family members and community partners. The Social Services Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.
This is a Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Social Services Director. Compensation commensurate with education and experience.
