You will be joining our warehouse team, responsible for all incoming and outgoing goods. You will play a critical part in making sure that our jerky gets to our customers in a prompt, complete, and secure manner. You will interact directly with wholesale customers in person and over the phone.

Core Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment - pick, pack, and ship online orders with speed and accuracy
• Receiving - receive all incoming goods and ensure completeness and quality of products
• Shipping - organize outgoing pallets with appropriate labels and paperwork
• Inventory Management - partner with Warehouse Supervisor to maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and finished product; maintain accurate rotation of goods
• Sales - receive orders from customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Cleaning & Organization - clean and organize warehouse at the end of each day

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
• Forklift and electric hand pallet jack experience is REQUIRED
• Strong computer skills REQUIRED
• Positive customer service skills REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Functional Understanding of Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Functional Understanding of G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar)

A Note on COVID and Employee Safety

This position will be in the warehouse at our Downtown Los Angeles factory.

There will be some interaction with visitors and fellow employees, but all CDC and local guidelines are strongly followed.

• Hourly Range: $20-$22/hr
• Hours: M-F, 6AM – 2:30PM
