Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Buena Vista, Virginia within the Manufacturing industry.

Material Handler / Letter Departmen Job Summary:
  • $16.00 per hour
  • 1st shift 6:00am- 4:30pm with overtime when needed
  • Material handler will assemble pre=fabricated parts in the Letter Department
  • Trim and fit parts as requred, and install wiring, lamps, transformers and other components
  • Label signage with proper UL markings
  • Material handler will prepare letter faces for assembly
  • Apply trim cap on letter faces and store for easy retrieval
  • Organize and keep track of material for assembly
  • Read engineering drawings to determine proper assembly
Material Handler- Qualifications:
  • Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must be able to read a Measuring Tape
  • Steel toe footwear, safety glasses, ear plugs
  • Drug screen and Back Ground check
