Bullhorn is looking for a natural self-starter to support the Chief Executive Officer (Boston based) and Chief People Officer/EVP, Corporate Development (UK based). This role can be primarily remote or hybrid, but will require this person to go into the Boston office as necessary to support important meetings and need to make a trip to metro west Boston on occasion. The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting C suite executives and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy, confidence and a very strong attention to detail.

As an Executive Assistant, a typical day might include:
- Managing the complex calendars of our CEO and CPO, with key understanding on current priorities of the organization, spanning multiple time zones, and preferences of how the executives like their days scheduled.
- Booking domestic and international travel, and often adjusting plans based on ever changing calendars and team schedules
- Prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on all communications and projects
- Manage the CEO & CPO various inboxes, triaging communications, and responding on behalf of the office
- Act in a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executive’s time. Provides a bridge for smooth communication across entire organization
*Planning and coordinating offsite meetings which may include company leadership, Board of Directors, external customers, and partner events. *Understands the nuances of relationships as well as how to handle customers and internal partners
- Coordinate Town Hall events, employee Q&As with the CEO, and partner with HR to manage anniversary and recognition programs.
- Capturing and submitting expenses in a timely fashion
- Collaborating with other Executive Assistants in managing calendars and meetings involving the CEO and CPO, developing strong relationships across functions
- Liaising with Bullhorn leaders and employees globally
This job might be for you if:
- 7 years of supporting a senior executive as an Executive Assistant
- You have a high degree of discretion and confidentiality as you will work on sensitive projects for Bullhorn leadership
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and priorities, autonomously with confidence
- You are excited by working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to change
- Familiarity with complex international travel, and availability to creatively troubleshoot as travel issues arise.
- You have a strong computer literacy and are comfortable using G-suite products, as well as Zoom and Slack
- You pride yourself on your ability to communicate effectively, and professionally, in person, by phone and via email.
- You are a self-starter, great communicator with a can-do attitude!
