We are recruiting for a Customer Service Represenative to join our team at My Three Dogs Pet Resort located at 1990 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC 29407, that offers top of market pet care (over night boarding, grooming and doggie day care) in a safe and clean environment. You will be joining a team of pet lovers who takes care of dogs and cats while the pet parents are out and about.
Here's what you will be doing:
- Provide world-class service to all our customers, human and pet alike
- Have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services.
- Have exceptional communication and listening skills
- Ensure that all clients have a positive experience as you are often perceived as the "face" of our pet resort
- Have a positive attitude, the ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and ability to learn quickly
- Must love people and dogs!
