We are looking for a Credit Analyst I for our Indianola location.
The position entails analyzing financial statements (including performance ratios) of all levels of quality to develop initial assessment by identifying strengths and weaknesses as pertaining to borrower's historical operating performance along with preparing written analyses which includes but not limited too: Credit investigation of the borrower and guarantors; economic and market conditions as they relate to the company, industry and market area; and in-depth financial analysis, financial projections, analysis of secondary sources of repayment and financial position of guarantor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates have Bachelor Degree with two semesters of accounting preferred. Must have strong communication and analytical skills; strong PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets; and good interpersonal and team orientation skills.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): Pay range $22.66 - $32.14/hr.
