Job Details for Payroll Assistant:
- Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
- Payrate- $23-$25 hour based on previous experience
- Onsite position in Hatfield, PA
- Temp to hire position
Job Responsibilities & Description for Payroll Assistant:
- Handle payroll and benefits
- Use ADP for entering and maintaining information including payroll processing and PTO tracking
- Administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, to include open enrollment, change reporting, invoice approvals, communication of benefit information to employees, and COBRA processing
- Assist employees who have questions about their benefit packages and various insurance claims
- Assist the HR Manager with other duties as they relate to the function of the Human Resources Department
Job Requirements for Payroll Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience with ADP
- 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- SHRM, SPHR, PHR a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
