Job Responsibilities for Remote Customer Service Representative:
- Inbound calling for existing and prospective customers to provide information regarding insurance policy coverage, updates, renewals, etc.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Building and maintaining great relationships, rapport, and credibility with clients
- Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process, understanding their overall needs
Job Requirements for Remote Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 customer service experience
- 1 year(s) of sales and/or call center experience preferred
