If you have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of design experience in the commercial appliance industry (preferred but not required).
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, sheet metal fabrication, plastic component design, electrical/electronic circuit design, commercial water heaters, and heat pumps.
- Electrical circuit troubleshooting expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
- Technical writing and instruction manual creation experience.
