Responsibilities
PeopleTec is currently seeking a System Integrator to support our Huntsville, AL location on Redston Arsenal.
The System Integrator will support the Air and Missile Defense Mission Command [Software] Product Office Army Project Office (AMD-MC PO) by providing system integration support to various System Integration labs and at White Sands Missile Range, NM (WSMR) for current and future Air Defense Systems of Systems (SoS) events. Candidate will be required to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office with integration of current and future components such as Patriot, Sentinel A4, RIG 360, LTAMDS, IFPC, and future sensors and launchers into the SoS construct along with the integration of test tools and the associated networks that support system testing. Candidate must be able to prioritize competing requirements for time and resources and be able to adjudicate resource requirements based on understanding of Government customer and mission needs.
Candidate will conduct IFMC system integration and troubleshooting, Network Design, planning and coordinating equipment resources, IT Management, Information Security Management, Software Management, and conduct System Administrator (SA) functions. Candidate should have the ability to conduct troubleshooting of Test Instrumentation and Simulation (TIS) test tools, to include both asset problems (Microsoft and Linux based tools) and connectivity issues between applications.
Candidate must be self-motivated and possess good communication and team working skills to participate in multiple test support activities with team member Subject Matter Experts and industry. Candidate must be willing to travel between various DoD test ranges to support testing events. Position requires the ability to support possible alternate work hours during test event execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance
- Candidate must be a US Citizen, possess a BS in an Engineering or Computer Sciences field, with 7 years of experience in System Integration and Test Environments
- Certification in Security CE or must be obtained within six months of hire date
- Experience with Mobile Tactical Integration and testing
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Mobile Tactical Integration and testing is desired
- Knowledge of numerous Operating Systems, switches, routers, shared services, and network monitoring and management is desired.
- Experience supporting IBCS System of Systems testing during systems integration and test activities at DoD Test Ranges and Facilities is highly desired
- Coding /Software Development experience is a plus
- Systems Integration experience with Army Air Defense Systems, such as Patriot, LTAMDS and Sentinel is desired
