Responsibilities

Analyze test results and coordinate with the development teams for bug fixes.  Analyze the underlying causes of performance issues and provide corrective action.  Develop an automated test scenario and environment for performance testing.  Review and recommend improvements in existing test procedures. Coordination with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.  Must be able to use all web methods like GET, PUT, POST, DELETE etc.  Must be able to validate xml and json body using json parser.  Know how to use the OAuth and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.  Must be able to Load and Security testing on web services.  Designing and developing test automation scripts to create, enhance, debug, and run test cases.  Using test automation guidelines.  Researching issues in software through testing to validate feedback, response time, & error code.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Senior Level

  • Programming Skills: Java, Angular, Gitlab, RHEL, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr & Python

  • Certifications: SAFe for Teams, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Agile Technical Tester, & Implementing Test Process Improvement certifications within 12 months of start date

  • Bachelors 10 Masters degree with 8 years experience

• Journeyman Level:

  • Programming: Java, Angular, Gitlab, RHEL, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr & Python

  • Certifications: SAFe for Teams, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Agile Technical Tester, & Implementing Test Process Improvement certifications within 12 months of start date

  • Bachelors 6 Masters degree with 4 years experience

An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these roles are ~$80,000 to ~$175,00; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
