Responsibilities

Join the PeopleTec team to play a pivotal role in advancing USSF mission systems through cutting-edge software development. As a member, you'll be at the forefront of defending against ground- and space-based cyber threats, contributing to rapid and agile solutions. Embrace the dynamic environment of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevSecOps principles, where your work will automate security integration across the entire software development lifecycle. Leverage Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) and licensed applications while ensuring your contributions are part of well-documented processes for consistent and repeatable software releases. Prepares and ensures complete documentation is maintained. Oversees management of configuration items, including documentation, change control board, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Senior Level

  • Programming Skills: Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel; Adobe Acrobat; Confluence; Jira

  • Certifications: SAFe for Teams

  • Bachelors with 2 years experience; High School with 4 years experiencee

An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these roles are ~$80,000 to ~$175,00; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
