Summary

Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Collect, scan, and enter Vendor/Contractor logs.
• Enter all supply releases.
• Receive incoming packages and shipments.
• Answer phones after 4:30pm.
• Get supplies as needed for employees. Ensure they have the correct part number and that the information is entered on the supply release sheet.
• Provide assistance with the Vending machines.
• Maintain cleanliness of department.
• Pull all required paperwork as requested.
• Report all concerns, damage, suspected duplicate orders, shortages and questions to the Purchasing department.
• Count all inventory items as scheduled throughout the week. Email the counts daily.
• Sign in and out all personnel for Service Orders.
• Laundry: Collect and launder all towels, cut gloves and other items as necessary. Fold items and have ready for use.
• Distribute PPE's to new hires, explain paperwork and obtain signatures. File paperwork. Replace PPE's as necessary. Ensure each item is logged out in the Supply release log.
• Position Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

• Valid Driver's License with Excellent Driving Record.
