As a Technical Consultant at Pepperi, you will play a vital role within our support team. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional Pepperi experience to our American customers. Serving as the first point of contact, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Sales to tackle technical challenges head-on. Requirements
What skills and experience you will bring:
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or other technical related fields – Required.
- Ability to learn complex systems and applications – Must.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret data from various sources.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a creative, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on both East & West coast time zones.
Technical Skills – Advantage:
- Familiarity with JavaScript / SQL
- Familiarity with AWS Cloudwatch / S3
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Prior customer on-boarding or support experience
- Prior experience with CRM and ERP systems

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Become an expert in Pepperi’s products and integration platform to troubleshoot and solve functional issues.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to American Customers by addressing their online inquiries.
- Be responsible for maintaining a professional and satisfied relationship with customers by providing first-class product support.
- Take ownership of technical issues, and when necessary, work with our engineering, Dev and QA teams to investigate and resolve them.
- Understand and communicate application features and product information for new releases and updates.
