What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Pepsi MidAmerica?
Pepsi MidAmerica is a family-owned company with a rich tradition of investing in the community. We are currently looking to expand our team so that we can continue to build the relationships that have defined our company for over 85 years.
- Perform receptionist duties including: greeting visitors, distributing phone messages, provide great customer service
- Sorting daily mail for all necessary staff
- Submit fuel inventory to Fleet Office Manager
- Tracking employees for payroll
- Review Recon issues, count and secure deposit bags for Route Sales
- Process daily Full Line paperwork
- Process daily Route Salesman paperwork
- Reconciling routes
- Pay invoices: daily, monthly or yearly
- Order supplies for office and maintain a clean work environment
- Create requisitions necessary for purchase orders
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
Must have valid Drivers License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must live within 20 mile radius from Robinson, IL
Have clean background
Must be able to pass drug screening and pre-employment assessment (can be found at www.careermapping.com/pepsimidamerica)
