What are the responsibilities and job description for the DOT/Safety Admin position at PepsiCo?
Shift: 1st Shift Sunday – Thursday Overtime as needed
Duties will also include, but are not limited to: tracking and filing all driver paperwork to ensure DOT compliance, ownership of DOT audit requirements, leading the DOT audit for the site, providing feedback to drivers, monitoring driver activities to ensure proper payroll coding, and entering payroll data. Applicants should have a working knowledge of traffic operations and an understanding of DOT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all Traffic Center DOT files
- Maintain all driver files to include, DOT Physical, Drivers License, annual MVRs, Random Drug Testing
- Lead safety DOT team
- Make all TMAP trip edits
- Troubleshoot TMAP technical issues
- Filing of all DOT/Trip edit documentation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Computer proficiency
- Able to build spreadsheets
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office software
- Understanding of Frito-Lay systems

- Geotab
- Driver Payroll Management
- General computer knowledge
- Good people skills
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving skills with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,800 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
