We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time of evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability. 

 

PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA) is seeking a PBNA Deployment Team Lead to provide sector leadership as part of the PepsiCo global WFM program structure. The Deployment Team Lead is responsible for handling the entire lifecycle of the solution deployment, scheduling, communicating, mobilizing and executing the deployments according to the Sector, scope and order of sites.The Team Lead has experience delivering change and transformation at all functions from sites (PBNA) and SC specific operations level (PFNA), understanding the operational necessities and priorities.

 


Responsibilities

  • Create expected timelines and ensure that they are met, handling the project timelines efficiently, based on updates from lessons learned from fellow Deployment teams
  • Manage and administer Deployment team resources, along with Lesson Learned documentation across Division for best practices and support
  • Create progress reports for various stakeholders
  • Accountable for the performance and result large disciplines/business units or projects/programs
  • Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
  • Serve as the geographic lead for Make, Move and Sell Functions (Ex. Sales and Supply Chain)
  • Manages and provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or other professionals within the deployment hierarchy 
  • Lead, develop, and deploy a team of resources across multiple regions
  • Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of the area of responsibility
  • Craft strategic decisions that are guided by functional strategies, priorities and resource availability
  • Act as Change Management Site Lead, overseeing divisional site engagement and resources
  • Design and execute testing and training agendas as needed
  • Approve project plan checkpoints and sign-off as needed, inclusive of Payroll paralell for final approval (go/no go)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 3-5 years of field experience (multi-site/division exposure)
  • Experience leading complex projects amongst teams of frontline or salaried employees

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies preferred
  • Demonstrated competency to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
  • Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexible communication style at all levels as appropriate

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
