The Orlando Pepsi Print shop is seeking a Production Graphic Designer that will create customized point-of-sale designs for our retail and foodservice customers. In this role, the candidate is responsible for visually communicating our brands in-store while ensuring adherence to all established brand/design strategies and guardrails. Responsibilities
- Processes regional field printing needs to ensure all creative meets design and quality standards set by Sector and Division Brand Marketing leadership
- Manages overall creative workflow with a clear understanding of regional print needs, order tracking, production timelines, and fulfillment processes that adhere to brand, design and production standards
- Tracks, manages and reports production timelines with Regional Printshop Coordinator and Division ASM
- Fosters and maintains rapport with front-end field users in a professional manner
- Responsible for following up, notating and updating the status of POS orders on collective website portal
- Tracks and reports potential risk to Regional Printshop Coordinator and Division ASM
- Understanding of technical/mechanical art specifications for print/web applications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues across all functions and levels
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines while communicating expectations and delivering quality results
- Production mindset for print with the willingness to vocalize expectations on turnaround times with confidence
- Experience working with creative templates and the capability to resize for different interior & exterior applications
- Knowledge of print terminology, substrates and file formats for print within CMYK color profiles
- Self-starter with a willingness to improve existing processes to perform faster, stronger and better
- Abides by and understands the role of brand guardrails with the ability to accept constructive criticism
- Enthusiasm to collaborate and participate with a collective group of like-minded professionals
- Ability to communicate effectively with front-end field users to achieve final desired outcome
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $40000 - $63800 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Associates Degree with equal experience in a print shop or agency setting
- Online portfolio of recent work required for consideration
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Familiarity with geographical area is a plus, but not required
- Working knowledge of current industry design software (i.e.: Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat DC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and platforms (i.e.: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Ability to take on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with occasional aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work and stay on task with minimal supervision
- This position will be hybrid, training is required in-person for the first 2 weeks at our Orlando location and one to two times a month is required in the Orlando location after that. Reliable transportation is required
