Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to provide 8x5 support and be available to support high profile/escalated support requests after hours. Additional responsibilities include first-level software & network support, problem identification, system performance analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You have a BS Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Technology, or equivalent and 5 ( ) years’ experience providing Help Desk/System Administration and/or other similar Information Technology background in support of software and/or network operations However, years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and technical staff.
- You are CompTIA Security certified or working towards certification.
- You have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- You have Linux administration experience.
Desired Qualifications
- You have prior experience with Intelligence or DoD programs, either within the military or as a civilian contractor
