Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Site Lead to support a U.S. Government Customer on-site at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI. In this role, the Intelligence Site Lead will assist the PM in providing oversight and support in these areas: overall leadership and guidance for Peraton personnel including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall performance. The candidate will serve as the primary POC for intelligence and intelligence operations activities; and ensure that intelligence activities are fully integrated with other tasks on this contract. The Intelligence Site Lead shall confer with program leaders to maintain an overall understanding of intelligence requirements and program environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
· Active TS with SCI eligibility
· Served at the BDE/Wing-level of higher as J2/G2
· 15 years of experience, with a minimum of five years of experience managing a program similar in complexity to the requirements of this posting. (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10 )
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management or security-related field
· A minimum of ten years’ experience leading intelligence organizations, including all-source analysis, production programs, efforts, and ICD application
· Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a project or program similar in scope
Preferred Qualifications:
· Recent experience (within the last ten years) working at or above the ASCC/MAJCOM or equivalent level
· Experience planning, organizing, and leading intelligence activities and preparing recommendations for senior-level leaders
· Commander experience of a Military Intelligence battalion and/or Division or JTF G2 experience

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Salary : $135,000 - $216,000
