The candidate shall provide exeuctive admininstrative support to PEO HQ.
- Manages calendars to include coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
- Coordinates and completes travel arrangements (Defense Travel System-DTS).
- Prepares correspondence to include Star and SES notes and certificates of appreciation. Receives and reviews read-aheads and other documentation for PEO and SES.
- Ensures all correspondence is in accordance with AR 25-50 prior to signature.
- Provides support for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
- Maintain all records and security requests.
- Record keeping and file maintenance.
- Directing visitors and answering inquiries.
- Coordinating meetings and executive level calendar scheduling and maintenance.
- Preparing and reviewing general correspondence for accuracy, regulation compliance and completeness.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Handling conference room scheduling requests.
- Assisting personnel in preparing travel authorizations in support of official temporary duty (TDY) utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Inputting personnel time and attendance records into the Automated Time and Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
- Maintaining and filing personnel time and attendance records.
- Providing database and spreadsheet development/maintenance assistance.
- Assisting with administrative data management, analysis and research.
- Maintaining administrative access to the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS).
- The ability to work with government provided software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years' of experience
Secret clearance required.
Military experience a plus.
Colorado Salary Maximum: $100,900
