Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support Information Operations functions and activities into all facets of Combatant Command (CCMD) level planning, and to ensure the command group and staff consider Operations in the Information Environment (IE) factors. This position will be located at Camp Smith, Honolulu, Hawaii.
You will have the opporuntity to:
- Successfully identify, gather and assess all-source information in order to determine the disposition, location, and all-encompassing information supporting operations in the IE.
- Integrate analytical tools and methodologies that enhance Intel Analysis that directly support contingency plans and operations plans, and ensure that information related capabilities are considered in the deliberate and crisis action planning processes and that deep insights in the IE are uncovered.
- Provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment skills.
Additionally, be creative in using information systems and information related capabilities (IRC); integrate with interagency and intelligence community (IC); develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the IE and consider significant or key cultural aspects that affect operational and tactical planning, security, and risk assessments.
Roles and responsibilities for this position include:
You should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical, operational, and strategic level Information Operations related directives, as well as a working knowledge of the joint planning process. Create and write high level professional analytical products for a Joint Staff.
You must be effective at applying technical skills and the use of analytical capabilities and tools for identifying insights, tracking indicators and measures of performance through attainment of measures of effectiveness, and providing advice concerning the application of information related capabilities during the development of planning concepts.
- Write/create analytical products for a Joint Staff
- Participate in working groups and brief senior leaders
- Planning, synchronization, coordination and assessment of IO related topics in support of assigned operations
- Integrate with the relevant intelligence staff and develop inputs to collection processes that support activities in the information environment
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 5 years of experience; An additional 5 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement education requirements:
- Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of joint training doctrine and procedures.
- Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level IO plans and orders.
- Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, Intelligence cycle, and COG analysis
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Intelligence Analysis at the service or joint level, working that support operations with Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces.
- Experience with supporting the integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as the support for related capabilities and their activities. Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in:
- Military Information Support Operations (MISO) / (Psychological Operations (PSYOP))
- Military Deception (MILDEC)
- Operations Security (OPSEC)
- Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW)
- Cyberspace Operations
- SIGINT related activities
- Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff, and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience
- Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities. - Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
- Clearance: This position requires an Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI).

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
