Responsibilities
We are hiring a Senior Production/Reliability Engineer oversees and works at a high-visibility level on ASE production, reliability, risk management, and systems engineering activities located in Huntsville, AL.
What you'll do:
- Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
- Reviews OEM and supplier production plans and assesses program risk.
- Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- BS/BA and 8 years of experience, 6 years with a MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD
- Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset
- Active Secret Clearance
- Be able to work from the customer facility on a regular bases unless customer approved to work outside the local area
- Have a minimum of 15 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
Other Qualifications:
An additional plus is knowledge in PEO Aviation weapon systems and aircraft survivability equipment design, integration, testing and deployment considerations.
Must have a minimum of a DoD Secret security clearance with abilitily to obtain a TS/SCI if required.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Salary : $112,000 - $179,000
