Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Mid-level Integrated Master Scheduler in our Chantilly, VA office in support of our Department of Defense (DoD) Community customer as part of a highly talented, highly motivated and high-performing team. As part of the PMO team you will support an exciting program which involves design, development, test, and deployment of an exciting and complex system in an Agile construct to contribute to mission success for a variety of stakeholders. In this role, you will be required to provide a collaborative approach to gather required data from multiple sources and from multiple customers across the program office and display it in a useful manner to enable review and decisions. The Mid-level Integrated Master Scheduler will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Develop and manage an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) in conjunction with Earned Value Management requirements (EVMS)
- Integrate data from multiple internal system teams along with external users/tenants into a program resource-loaded integrated master schedule that includes discrete tasks/ activities, relationships and durations
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis, vertical schedule analysis, horizontal schedule analysis (critical and driving paths to significant milestones), schedule health assessment, and a schedule risk assessment
- Provide analytical capabilities to identify resource conflicts and schedule challenges
- Provide analytical capabilities to optimize efficiency to achieve program success
- Identify critical program milestones and monitor through complete while reporting variances to program leadership
- Support processes to track and report progress on the accomplishment of schedule events
- Identify, document, and analyze issues or impacts due to integrated schedules
- Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team
- Coordinate internally and externally to ensure synchronization of IMS with agile scrum backlogs
- Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies
- Under guidance, gather and consolidate schedule data from staff meetings, engineering boards, readiness events, engineering artifacts, and board approved Request for Change (RFC) documentation, etc.
- Provide inputs and report IMS during customer weekly and quarterly meetings as well as prepare IMS deliverable monthly
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience; Master’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience; PhD with 0-2 years of experience in systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of experiences in schedule planning and development efforts
- Experience with SharePoint and presentation level schedules
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem-solving skills
- Experience in DoD acquisition (or similar) and program management processes
- An understanding and use of SAFE Agile methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience with MS Project in a technical field
- Able to use systems engineering and space systems knowledge/expertise (preferably of DoD systems) to identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues
- Understanding of space / ground systems

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.EEO
